Flashband at Union Stage
Union Stage 740 Water Street SW, Washington, DC, United StatesThe quick explanation of Flashband: A bunch of musicians gather for a jam session, then form eight bands that last for 4-8 weeks before playing a 15-minute showcase. The result is a three-hour show in a wonderfully supportive environment. For this one, I’m playing bass on a bunch of songs from the 2010s.

DC Rockers Showcase at Jammin’ Java
Jammin’ Java 227 Maple Ave. E, Vienna, VA, United StatesFive of us have formed a short-term band we’re calling The Wanderers, and we’re playing a great mix of mostly hard-ish rock songs. We’re in the middle of a five-band showcase running from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
