When he can name the Buggles, *that* will be an impressive day.
“And after the Buggles, Geoff Downes went on to be in WHAT band?”
“Yes!”
“No, that’s a trick question. The Buggles hadn’t actually broken up when they were absorbed into Yes, and Trevor Horn recorded another Buggles album with limited participation from Downes. So I’ll ask again, what band did Downes join after the Buggles — and after Yes?”
“Um … Asia!”
“That’s my boy.”
“Can I hear Elmo now?”
